My morning coffee lead me to yet again learn something new and special about the Mystic Muffin restaurant. As I walked in to my usual "good morning" and my eyes adjusted from the sun, I noticed owner Elias mounting some kind of contraption to the back of his bike as he continued to load it with an assortment of sandwiches among other treats, This could only mean one thing, delivery! This particular order fit on was the smallest of three hand crafted racks and was en route to a regular client at the Scotia Bank tower to feed a meeting of hungry business folk. Not only will they cater your next function but also keep the air fresh with an emissions free delivery vehicle!
